Kennedy-Wilson Inc. announced the formation of a new group to manage the company’s business-to-business venture capital investments and expand investments in the United States and Asia. The group, called the Kennedy-Wilson Global Technology Corp., will also manage technology-related investments, including buildings with smart networks connected by fiber.
