Investors look to Greenspan testimony

Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan is likely trying to sell a few more interest-rate increases to preserve the record U.S. economic expansion as he appears before Congress today, analysts say. Greenspan, in his semiannual Humphrey-Hawkins testimony to the House Banking Committee, is expected to point out just how well the economy is performing -- and then remind the world that limits to growth exist, and that means the Fed still has a job to do.
